Getting the best out of your outdoor spaces

Hayley is one of the Executive Headteachers of Roots Federation. Hayley previously held the role of deputy Headteacher, with a responsibility for Early Years, at a three-form entry primary school. She then worked as an Early Years adviser for HfL Education, a quality improvement company commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council. In this role Hayley provided consultancy and delivered training to Early Years schools and settings in Hertfordshire and beyond. She is passionate about improving the quality of Early Years education.
