Eva Kyriacou Anastasi is an educational consultant, having previously taught in a range of schools across four London boroughs. Her last job working in schools was as Assistant Vice-Principal at a primary Academy in North London. Among her responsibilities, she was a Year 1 class teacher, Early Years Phase Leader, Forest School Lead, and responsible for early reading across the school. She led her team to secure the title 'Early Years Team of the Year' at the Nursery World Awards 2022. Since leaving teaching due to burnout, Eva has talked very openly and honestly about her own journey of burnout, in the hope that current practitioners will benefit from the sharing of her experiences.
