The health of babies and young children is at a critical point, increased levels of poor mental health, high levels of childhood obesity and concerns about infectious diseases paint a worrying picture of the state of our children’s health.  The session will show how the Early Childhood Health Promotion Toolkit has been used by practitioners and will illustrate the valuable role that settings play in improving children’s health in low cost and effective ways.
