A real, honest presentation about the current challenges faced by practitioners, whatever their role. The focus will be upon prompting colleagues to reflect on what changes they can make within their sphere of influence, both on a personal level and a more strategic level, to support their teams and ensure sustainability in the sector. This is aimed at all Early Years staff, including room leaders, nursery nurses, learning support assistants, teachers, Early Years Leaders and Senior Leadership Teams.
