Oral language skills impact every area of our lives and if not addressed early, language delays can result in difficulties later in life. As a generation of children born amid COVID-19 lockdowns enters nursery school, delays in their language skills are an increasing concern. This session supports educators in making better use of research and evidence-based assessments and intervention to set children up for future educational success through improved language, behaviour and other outcomes.
