This interactive seminar will encourage practitioners to reflect on the role of gender in shaping professional identity and consider competing arguments for engaging more men into the profession. It will offer support and guidance for the recruitment and retention of a more gender-diverse staff team and provide an opportunity to reflect on any challenge that may occur throughout this process.
