Face CoveringsIt is no longer mandatory to wear face coverings, however, we do encourage you to wear a face covering in crowded areas or while in close proximity to other people.
We ask that you carry a mask with you at all times and be courteous to those around you by wearing a mask in areas that may become busy and in sessions taking place in enclosed spaces.
Social DistancingWe have introduced 3m aisles where possible across the entire event to encourage social distancing.
Please remember to respect the space of others and, if possible, avoid handshaking or hugs - consider an elbow bump instead.
Hand SanitiserPlease carry your own hand sanitiser and apply when you enter and leave exhibitor stands, features and theatres.
There will be dedicated hand sanitising stations available throughout the exhibition and venue.
We have asked exhibitors to ensure a deeper clean before, during and after the show opens each day.
Along with the BDC, we are conducting a thorough, enhanced cleaning regime of all public areas and features prior to show opening and during show open periods.
Track and TraceWhen you register for the event, please provide accurate information.
QR codes will be available to scan at registration and the relevant local authorities will contact you if there's a need to update you regarding track and trace.
