Anthony is the owner of a chain of nurseries in London and the creator of the Free Range Kids method of food service. After deciding that operating a commercial kitchen in a childcare setting would be an inefficient use of space and resources, he originally opted for a daily hot food delivery into his nurseries. After a few years of expensive bland food which was never anything you could be proud to serve, he began looking at alternative approaches to consistent food service in a childcare setting. Through trial and error, he developed the perfect food preparation and service method. His nursery people now happily serve the food using this method twice per day.

The Healthy Food Company
Kay founded The Healthy Food Company after discovering that not a single children's food provider could fulfil the nutritional needs of her premature twin granddaughters. She set about designing meals that pack as much nutrition as possible into portions the children would eat.
After years of continuous development, her meals have been recognised by professionals across the NHS for their outstanding nutrition and she now sits on an all-party Parliamentary Group – A Fit and Healthy Childhood. She has contributed to two major papers covering the need for healthy eating in schools and for children in general.
